Agata Bakery

A delicious bakery just east of downtown Matsumoto on the way to Utsukushigahara Hot Springs. They sell a variety of baked goods including whole wheat bread, scones, cinnamon rolls, croissants, bagels, and French-style loaves. The bakery uses flour that they grind themselves from wheat grown in Japan and their own sourdough starter.
