松本市中央図書館から西へ徒歩5分ほどにある小さな神社です。
境内にある保存会により立てられ看板によりますと、「赤い布」を神前に捧げることが習わしになり、今でも社前に「赤い布」を奉献する女性の姿が絶えないそうです。
