Kamiyakata Shimayu specializes in traditional Japanese paper, or washi. The shop has been in operation since 1921! They sell many types of paper including hand-crafted and naturally dyed papers, calligraphy paper, and patterned paper with Japanese designs. They also have stationary, origami paper, and an assortment of Japanese crafts and knick-knacks. Great place for souvenirs or those who love to get artsy with beautiful paper!
