松本市中央西公園は、中央西土地区画整理事業により生み出された中心市街地の貴重なオープンスペースです。
買い物客等の休息、イベントなど交流の拠点となる機能を持った公園です。公園の愛称は、全国からの公募により、花いっぱい運動の発祥地である松本市と、近隣の時計博物館を連想する「花時計公園」に決定しました。(松本市HPより)
